Felix is a real estate and investment expert, with over 10 years of distinguished experience.  As a CEO in a real estate development and investment group, Felix is actively involved in identifying, acquiring, and transforming high-potential properties. 
As a Vice President of the Belgian Armenian Chamber of Commerce (BACC) since 2009, Felix plays a pivotal role in strengthening economic ties between Belgium and Armenia. His work involves organizing annual international trade missions and fostering strategic cooperation between enterprises and government bodies in both countries.
Parallel to his role at BACC, Felix is the Founder and CEO of Fight Club LLC, a leading sports retail and distribution company. Under his leadership, the company has grown to operate two retail stores in Yerevan and has become the exclusive distributor for over 10 renowned international sports brands in Armenia and the surrounding region.
Felix holds a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce and an MBA in Commerce and Marketing from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III), complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Commerce from the French University in Armenia (UFAR).
His diverse experience in international relations, business ownership, and real estate development provides a unique ability to identify and execute on new opportunities, offering a practical and strategic perspective on business growth.
Personal interests of Felix are: sports (Ironman finisher), projects in the field of education and young talent development.

Chief Financial Officer
Areg Safaryan is the Chief Financial Officer of the company with extensive expertise in financial leadership and strategic investment, particularly within the real estate sector. His career is distinguished by a consistent record of enhancing financial performance and driving sustainable growth.
Areg specializes in structuring financial operations, making financial models, and is responsible for financial management and reporting. 
Areg graduated from Yerevan State University and also holds PhD degree from St. Petersburg University of Economics and Finance Management.  He worked for many years in the Audit Chamber of the Republic of Armenia.
Personal interests of Areg is Armenian history, he regularly volunteers with local archaeological digs sponsored by Yerevan State University, helping to uncover and preserve Armenia's ancient heritage.

Arshak is a highly methodical and results-driven professional with a strong analytical foundation, he has a strong background in real estate market research, building forecasts and reveal growth potential in real estate objects. Also, Arshak is responsible for the concepts of renovation and management improvement of the real estate projects purchased by our company.Thanks to fluent English and French he has a solid track record as a top-notch negotiator.
Arshak holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the French University in Armenia and has completed executive training in Leading People and Teams from Matena School, alongside specialized certifications in Construction and Google Project Management. Also, Arshak had the role in Canada-Eurasia Chamber of Trade and Economy where he established business relations with potential partners in Eurasia and participated as a speaker in many trade forums.
Personal interests of Arshak: he is passionate about architecture and enjoys exploring architectural design and history.
